home at last

my favorite beach in cyprus 'fig tree bay'
well what can i say about the worst holiday i ever had, first thing was we were in the midde of nowhere, no shops no bars and nowhere to eat, then the car broke down so we had to stay in and its was so so hot, and the water was only on 3 days a week, there were 6 of us staying, it was constant cookin and washing up, thank goodness my mum in law cottonreel was there to keep me sane.

monday i took my mum to midsomer quilting near bath, its an old barn thats been converted and they sale lots of fabric and hold different quilting classes throughout the year, its a bit to far out for us to get to shame really,

  2. So sorry you you had the worst vacation ever. You know in years to come you will remember this vacation and have a good laugh. We had the worst vacation ever, camping and fishing for two weeks, with three children, it rained every minute of it. Friends that we went with, told us that where we were it never rained!!! They lied. We were about 10 hours drive from home. I cooked our meals wearing my husbands wellington boots because the water was flowing like a river through our dining tent. Even the canned goods that I took with me started to rust. Could not move it to a better location, we were in the best location. We have such a good laugh over the situation now.
Hope you are having a much better time at home. Patricia

  6. The pictures of the water look oh so inviting. I'm sorry that your car broke down, no fun.
I have to tell you that your rabbit names are wonderful, my Grandma & Grandpa were Dorothy & Dorris & they were lovely Irish people that I loved and miss dearly!!
